Jawu &co (formerly Jamu With You) was born from a simple ritual our founder learned from her grandmother: a small glass of fresh jamu, every morning, before anything else. No coffee. No phone. Just roots, water, and a few minutes of quiet.

Ten years later, that ritual became a kitchen in Ubud. We work with three families farming the volcanic slopes of Kintamani, cold-press their roots within 48 hours of harvest, and brew our tonics in micro-batches without refined sugar, preservatives, or shortcuts.

We believe jamu doesn't need to be reinvented. It just needs to be made well, by people who care, and shared with anyone willing to slow down for a minute. Selamat minum.
